Rescheduling and Cancellations Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations: Cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in the forfeiture of the service fee. Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. 3. Late Arrivals Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may have reduced appointment time, with the full service fee still applying. 4. Payment Methods Payments accepted via credit/debit card, cash, and bank transfer. Full payment is due on the day of service. 5.
